Iran: Nuclear, Terrorism, and What Else?

Yes, it is true that the world powers continue trying to talk the Iranian leaders to come clear with the country’s clandestine nuclear program.  And that they have also expressed grave concern over Iranian rogue role in the region, in Syria, in Iraq and Lebanon, and recently in Yemen.   But that is really not all that is shaping this picture.  There is more going on.

Maryam Rajavi calls for expansion ‘legitimate defense’ against Iran regime

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, described the joint action by Arab countries against the Iranian regime’s occupation and aggression in Yemen as an extremely essential and inevitable united action which the Iranian Resistance had previously called for.

In a statement published by NCRI on Thursday, Rajavi called for the thorough expansion of this just and legitimate defense against religious fascism in Iran and its mercenaries throughout the region including Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen.

Iran: Rouhani’s Crude Misfortune

Hishem Melhem, while narrating the decline of oil prices, provides the broader crux of the economic situation in Iran, which according to him is on the road of completely collapsing under the current Iranian regime. 

The crashing oil prices, even though have been celebratory for the American population, are a nightmare for the oil empires of Russia, Iran and Venezuela in particular. If the price of oil remains in the neighborhood of $60 per barrel (bbl) for much of the year, the economic impact on Russia, Venezuela and especially Iran could be disastrous.

Iran - 7,000 rally against Ahmadinejad in New York

7,000 Iranians staged a rally outside the United Nations in New York on Wednesday, to protest against the presence of the Iranian regime's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, at the United Nations. The participants declared their support for recent uprisings in Iran and the residents of Camp Ashraf in Iraq, home to members of Iran's main opposition.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, told the rally through a video message that the West's policy of appeasement was completely out of touch with the reality of today's Iran.
